We offer various floor plans and features for our villa homes. All are built in distinctive communities, with special attention to provide with excellent quality in both style and construction at an accessible pricing.

Currently we are building villas in three different locations in Fort Wayne:

Stratford Forest:

Located on Bass Road, east of intersection of Bass and Hadley Roads. Enter subdivision, go straight; turn right at "T" intersection.

The villa community comprises of two cul-de-sac streets circling a serene, beautiful pond at the quiet back secton. Some lots back up to the pond, others back up to beautiful tree line or farm land.

This community is only minutes away from shopping facilities like Meijer, Lowes, Menards, and Walmart, as well as the Jefferson Pointe Mall with movie theatres and a multitude of restaurants. Easy access to the highway provides quick access to Lutheran Hospital and all the medical centers associated with it.

Acacia Creek:

Located on east side of Wheelock Road, north of Rothman Road. Enter subdivision, go straight half mile to the cul-de-sac community of Villas of Acacia Creek. Every building site here has privacy backyard. They are located either on pond or back up to beautiful tree line or woods.

Proximity to several shopping centers, grocery stores, drug stores and restaurants make this an ideal location for both young and mature adults. This community has easy access to I-469, and is within easy reach to Parkview Main Hospital, as well as Parkview North and Dupont Hospitals.

Creekwood:

This community is located on St. Joe Center Road, between Lehmeyer and Maplecrest Roads. Quick access to movie theatre, Glenbrook Mall, restaurants, several grocery and drug stores, as well as all three of the North hospitals make this an ideal location for all ages.

As you enter the subdivision, you'll notice that the first section around the pond is complete. Please follow signs for new section to the back of the community to the end of the cul-de-sac on Willman Lane. All lots back up to tree line.
